One of our favourite queens of glow, Lisa Snowdon, recently offered a glimpse into her hero products for achieving that signature radiance. We already know that the TV presenter and former model is highly knowledgeable about skincare secrets, having gathered plenty of expert guidance throughout her career.

Which makes us all the keener to obtain some insider information on her actual routine. Speaking on her Instagram Stories, she provided fans with a look into her beauty regimen whilst getting ready, unveiling the steps behind her enviably smooth complexion.

“My secret to smooth glassy skin starts with these,” she told followers as she commenced her routine. “Gorgeous gold bee venom eye patches.”

The masks in question are Rodial’s glittery gold Bee Venom Jelly Eye Patches, £56 for 4 pairs. Explaining why she adores them so much, Lisa said they help to “plump, soothe and smooth under the eyes”, reports the Mirror.

According to Rodial, the patches contain ethically sourced bee venom melittin peptides, an ingredient recognised for its firming effects that can help visibly smooth and plump the delicate under-eye region. Plus they feature cooling jelly technology so the ingredients are delivered directly to the skin, helping to soothe the area whilst the treatment works.

They also contain Eyeliss™, which helps firm the appearance of the under-eye region and reduce the look of sagging, as well as Vitamin C to help brighten and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone. The gel-like consistency makes them soft and pleasant to apply, and they can be worn whilst preparing for the day ahead, providing an instant smoothing effect that Lisa adores.

As she removed them, she remarked, “Ahh, feels lovely”. But, her beauty revelations didn’t end there. Lisa proceeded to guide her followers through the remainder of her regimen, detailing the radiant finish she strives for with her foundation – and it’s not just a single product.

Instead, she combines Rodial’s Bee Venom Super Serum with their Glass Tint Moisturiser (she uses the St Barths shade, but it’s available in six skin-tone shades). “Glass Tint is like a hybrid of makeup and skincare,” she clarified. “It’s a lovely medium coverage … dewy, glasslike. I can still see my skin through it, but more plump.”

The host also revealed one illuminating product she insists on using. “My banana lowlighter which I don’t go anywhere without,” she stated. “It really brightens and lightens. It gives you a lit-from-within look.”

Lisa’s combination of Bee Venom Super Serum and Glass Tint does come with a rather hefty price tag of £240 for both items, so those seeking a more wallet-friendly alternative, consider this Advanced Bee Venom Serum for £5.99, available on Amazon.
