Hybe America is continuing to step into the Latin music world. The entertainment company has officially launched a new Latin music-focused label, Sin Silencio.

Sin Silencio is dedicated to amplifying rising musicians who blur the lines across global music genres. The label’s first three signings include rising Latin pop star Flavia Laos, Dominican-American artist Esty, and producer Trooko. Sin Silencio will be led by industry executive Josh Albillo.

“At Sin Silencio, our mission is to create a space where artists can push boundaries without limitations,” Albillo said in a statement. “Latin music is one of the most powerful cultural forces in the world right now, and our goal is to build a home for artists who are redefining what that sound can be on a global scale.”

Sin Silencio will introduce the label’s inaugural roster at a special showcase during SXSW. On Saturday, March 14, Flavia Laos, Esty, and Trooko will make their first public appearance together under the new imprint, while Albillo will take part in a panel discussion about Sin Silenco’s goals and how the label will shape Latin music’s future.

With their first signees, Sin Silencio is displaying its global reach. Flavia Lao is a Peruvian-born pop singer who previously worked as a television actress. Esty is a Dominican-American musician who blends música urbana with Latin pop, reflecting her multicultural upbringing. Meanwhile, Trooko is a Latin Grammy-nominated producer who hails from Honduras. Since he got his start working with acclaimed electro-pop producer Switch, Trooko has collaborated with major artists like Bad Bunny, Thalia, and Bomba Estéreo.
