Shopper’s tip to get juiciest grapes at Tesco, Morrisons and M&S

A woman has gone viral after sharing a secret shopping hack to make sure you always get crunchy and juicy grapes at the store.

While most people will be aware that there are different kinds of apples, pears, or citrus fruits, you might not have thought about different variants of other fruits and vegetables when you’re doing your weekly shop.

While there might not always be a big difference between different variants, they all come with their own unique specifics.

As for grapes, while the most common way to differentiate between variants would be by their colours, red and green, there are also several different variants within each coloured grape.

While most grape-lovers would agree that a crunchy and juice grape is the best kind, a woman known online as WhereLivEats has shared her go-to hack to always make sure she picks crunchy green grapes at the supermarket.

Taking to TikTok, she said: “I’m putting you onto a little grape secret. If you want crispy, crunchy and juicy green grapes, the only variety is not this one, not that one, but it is the AutumnCrisp.”

She went on to show the different variants. While all the green grapes had the same packaging, the three packages she showed had a different varient written on it, with the third one saying it was the AutumnCrisp variant.

“It is the best, hands down. Go and get it,” Liv urged her viewers.

She added in the caption of the video: “I’ve found them in Tesco, Morrisons and M&S so far. We love an unsolicited grape hack and yes, I need to find a better hobby.”

Despite Liv’s excitement of sharing her grape hack, people weren’t as happy in the comments as they didn’t want others to know about this secret.

“Delete this please!” one person commented, not wanting to share the crunchy grapes. To this, another viewer added: “Seconded. I’ve been autum crisping for weeks & O cannot have them vanish cos of this vid.” A third viewer also revealed: “For red grapes get the crimson variety.”

Not everyone seemed to be aware of the different varieties of grapes, as they said: “I was today years old when I found out there are different varieties of grapes other than green and red.”
