Shoppers are snapping up three dresses from Roman which they say elegantly flatter the arms – and prices start from £32, so they won’t break the bank. Each dress comes in two colours and sizes range from eight to 18 or 10 to 20.

First up is the Camel Dusk Animal Print Midi Dress for £45. This midi dress features three-quarter length puff sleeves and an all-over animal print. It is cut from a comfortable woven fabric, and Roman suggests styling it with a denim jacket and wedged heels. Plus, there’s a black polka dot version if shoppers want an alternative colour.

Next up is the White Polka Dot Pleated Shirt Midi Dress for £42, which also comes in the colour sage green. This shirt dress is designed with a classic shirt style collar and short sleeves, and it is cut from a comfortable woven fabric with a ‘playful spot print detail’. There are front buttons, too, along with a self-tie belt to cinch in the waist for a ‘flattering look’.

Finally, there’s the Black Floral Print Tie Waist Midi Dress, which is available for £32. This also comes in the colour royal blue (£36), and it features a V-neckline, short sleeves and a tie waist. It is crafted from a woven fabric with a delicate, all-over floral print.

As an alternative, shoppers could grab this Ecru/Black Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Midi Dress from Next for £39. This comes in regular and petite fits and three other colours, along with sizes four to 26 – although some are currently out of stock.

Or at Debenhams, there’s this Urban Touch Floral Print Long Sleeve Dress for £58. This comes in two colours, sizes eight to 16, and it has long sleeves and a lightweight floral print material. It can also be machine washed for easy care.

Returning to the three dresses from Roman, shoppers have left positive reviews. While there are no reviews on the site directly for the White/Sage Polka Dot Pleated Shirt Midi Dress or the Camel Dusk Animal Print/Black Dusk Polka Dot Midi Dress, customers have written about the Black Floral/Royal Blue Print Tie Waist Midi Dress.

One said: “Looks really good on and very comfy to wear and I feel really nice in it. It is also easy to wash and iron.”

A second said: “Good for the summer parties. Fitted perfectly but needs shortening.” While a third said: “Bought for the holidays, was easy and comfortable to wear.”

Others have taken to Trustpilot to leave their thoughts on the brand. One said: “Item arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was not what I had interpreted from the website and so I returned item. Nothing wrong with the item – just not what I expected.”

Someone else said: “Ordering, delivery was good. Unfortunately, the trousers were about a foot too long, so I returned them.”
