The family outing took place on August 1. Charlotte looked adorable in a polka dot, white and navy chiffon dress by Guess (£65), no longer available online, which she paired with her beloved white ballet flats by Pretty Ballerinas (£159). She styled her hair naturally and let it loose while sporting her famous friendship bracelets.

The majority of royal fans appeared to approve of Charlotte’s chic ensemble, saying that she looks “fabulous” and took to social media to express their views.

One user wrote on Royal British Fashion’s Instagram page: “Fabulous dress!”

Another one said: “The dress is very delicate and elegant.”

A third one commented: “Beautiful Princess Charlotte, love her dress.”

A fourth one chimed: “The best she has ever looked. My daughter has the same dress.”

Meanwhile, another fan wrote on Royal Fashion Police’s page: “Pretty princess! I love the entire look.”

Lastly, one user said: “Such a perfect dress for a lovely young girl.”
