Morrisons makes major update to save you £20 in February
Shoppers at Morrisons holding a Blue Light Card can look forward to a 10% discount in-store when they spend £40 or more on select days each month, thanks to a new offer. Those employed or retired from the emergency services, NHS, social care, teaching, and armed forces only need to apply the discount code from their Blue Light Card app, which is valid to use at the supermarket every Friday in February.
Considering this, essential workers who can take advantage of the exclusive offer available every Friday this month can save nearly £20, approximately £18.77 per use, according to Blue Light Card.
Joe Mathison, the head of strategic partnerships at Blue Light Card, said: “Families across the country are feeling the impact of price hikes, with grocery costs at an all-time high.
“We want to do everything we can to thank the everyday heroes that make up the Blue Light community, so we’re pleased to partner with Morrisons once again to offer key workers extra support this February.
“Savings like this can genuinely make a difference to those on the front line – and it couldn’t be easier to access.”
Who qualifies for a Blue Light Card?
Individuals who are currently working or have retired from the following sectors can apply for a Blue Light Card and enjoy its discounts:
