A man accused of urinating on concertgoers during a Morgan Wallen concert in Maryland in July has been arrested.

Jayson Reed of North Carolina was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination, and other related offenses stemming from the incident. Reed was arrested this week and held without bail pending his extradition to Maryland, where the concert took place at M&T Bank Stadium on July 18, CBS News reports.

Maryland Transportation Authority police initially responded to a report of a fight in the crowd of the Wallen concert, with concertgoers alleging that a man urinated on them while they were seated at the show.

Reed was identified by the urine-soaked fans as the perpetrator and escorted out of the stadium. However, an arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday for Reed to face charges for his mid-concert bathroom break.

In July, concertgoer Troy Grevelding told CBS News Baltimore that he, his wife, and his two nieces — one of whom was eight years old — were among those who were urinated on. Grevelding added that his niece is still traumatized from the incident.

“I just look, and at that point his pants are completely down. He’s urinating all over myself … all over my wife,” Grevelding said, adding that he pushed the urinator away from his family and told him to stop. “I’m freaking out, and the guy’s just telling me, ‘It’s OK, man. It’s OK, brother.’”

Reed was not taken into custody at the time because both indecent exposure and public urination are misdemeanor offenses in Baltimore; however, following an investigation into the matter, the four counts of second-degree assault issued this week elevated the charges to arrest-worthy.
