Sienna Miller raves about Charlotte Tilbury’s new £32 highlighter
Screen star and style icon Sienna Miller has praised Charlotte Tilbury’s newest highlighter launch as ‘unlike any other’. The Unreal Highlighter Glazed Goddess pledges to ‘diffuse and reflect light instantly lifting, smoothing and blurring the appearance of skin’.
Retailing at £32, the Unreal Highlighter Glazed Goddess is a multi-purpose highlighter designed for every complexion. Enriched with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and vitamin E, it seeks to ‘highlight, plump and revive the appearance of skin for a fresh, dewy, lifted, youthful looking finish’.
Charlotte Tilbury suggests combining it with the Unreal Skin Hydrating Foundation Stick, available at £37, and the Unreal Blush Healthy Glow Stick, costing £32. In clips shown on Charlotte Tilbury’s website, Sienna Miller showcased the Unreal Highlighter Glazed Goddess, describing it as her ‘dream skin in a stick’.
She said: “This is a five second facial in a stick. Charlotte’s new Unreal Highlighter is unlike any other highlighter I’ve ever used. No mirror, no brushes, just literally swipe and tap it in – and done. It is my dream skin in a stick. It looks like my skin has just had a big drink of water. Unreal, says it all”, reports OK!.
For those exploring alternatives, the Victoria Beckham Beauty Reflect Highlighter Stick may prove appealing. Priced at £45, it comes in two shades – pearl or amber.
Meanwhile, LookFantastic offers the more wallet-friendly Morphe Dreamlight Gelee Highlighter Stick. Available in shades including over ice, rose spritz, star quality and sunset blvd, it retails for £14.
Turning back to the Unreal Highlighter Glazed Goddess, this latest launch has already achieved an impressive 4.6-star rating on Charlotte Tilbury’s website. One reviewer, Natasha, said: “Wow this is one of my favourite makeup brands hands down and it’s got it right again. This glow stick really does make you glow. What a stunning highlighter. I’ve swatched it in my video to show that glow.”
Margaret revealed: “I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Highlighter for a little while now and I absolutely love the glow it gives my skin. The formula is lightweight and easy to blend and leaves a beautiful finish without it looking glittery and heavy.
“It melts seamlessly in the skin and can be worn for a natural glow or layered over your make up. The glow lasts throughout the day and gives that effortless look. This highlighter is definitely worth a try and has become a staple part of my beauty routine.”
Lyndsay wrote: “This highlighter is the best I’ve ever used it gives the most natural glow. I wear it with my make up and sometimes with out and just use the highlighter on it’s own and you can’t even tell I’m wearing highlighter as it looks so natural.”
Nevertheless, Hayley offered a more tempered assessment of the Unreal Highlighter Glazed Goddess: “Lovely packaging, and nice texture however there is no fragrance. The finish is glowy but slightly oily and I have tried on multiple parts of face and collarbone and gives a subtle glow but not overwhelming. I feel other products would do the same or if not better for the value.”
Mariana was equally enthusiastic, commenting: “This highlighter from Charlotte Tilbury is a real treasure. It gives a fresh and glowy look to my skin. Really easy to use and to carry in your handbag. Blends easily and lasts for long.”
