According to Joanne, each star sign – which is decided upon by your birth date – is at risk of certain personality flaws.

Some are too impulsive for their own good, others suffer from drastic mood swings (which affect people around them), and then some are overly critical of themselves and other people.

Aries, March 21 – April 19

“Aries are known for their fiery enthusiasm but can often act without thinking, leading to abrupt actions,” said Joanne. “As a result, they may make decisions without fully considering the consequences. To prevent this, Aries should practise mindfulness and consider potential effects before acting.”

Taurus, April 20 – May 20

Joanne pointed out that Taurus is prone to stubbornness and “will sometimes resist change even when it could be beneficial”. Those belonging to the zodiac sign of Taurus are recommended to try to be “more flexible” and “open to new ideas”.

Gemini, May 21 – June 20

Geminis are said to “struggle with inconsistency”. Regarded as flaky by some people, they change their minds too often and are advised to “set clear goals and follow a structured plan” to be more stable.

Cancer, June 21 – July 22

“Cancers are highly sensitive and emotional, which can lead to intense mood swings that can often leave others feeling confused and puzzled,” said Joanne. These compassionate individuals “should prioritise regular self-care and emotional expression through creative outlets”.

Leo, July 23 – August 22

While confident, Leos may “unintentionally dominate others and leave others feeling small”, which is why they should practise listening more.

Virgo, August 23 – September 22

“Virgos are perfectionists and can be overly critical of themselves and others,” said Joanne. “In order to combat this, they should focus on positive feedback and learn to accept imperfections.”

Libra, September 23 – October 22

Joanne said: “Libras tend to dislike arguments and conflict, often leading to them avoiding confronting issues. They should try to develop assertiveness and face their problems directly to address this red flag.”

Scorpio, October 23 – November 21

While intensely loyal, Scorpios are prone to jealousy and possessiveness and a “relentless desire for control”. Joanne advised: “They should try and do things such as trust-building exercises and try open communication about their insecurities to mitigate these feelings.”

Sagittarius November 22 – December 21

These kind beings surprisingly “tend to hold onto grudges” for far too long; they are advised to “tap into their compassionate side” when a grudge is hard to shift.

Capricorn, December 22 – January 19

“Capricorns are diligent but tend to neglect their personal relationships due to their intense focus on work,” said Joanne. “they should ensure they spend the time to effectively balance work with leisure and carve out time for their family.”

Aquarius, January 20 – February 18

Joanne said: “They come across as lonely or detached from the world; they should try and force themselves to join in on activities that promote emotional connections.”

Pisces, February 19 – March 20

Deeply caring, nurturing and highly intuitive, they “tend to see themselves as the victim in various situations” while overlooking their own role in misfortunes.

“To counteract this tendency, Pisces can benefit from practising self-awareness and exploring different perspectives in conflicts.”
