Zhamira Announces First Headlining World Tour
Zhamira is hitting the road for her first headlining tour. The Venezuelan-born pop singer has announced the Curita Para el Corazón tour, which will take her debut album around the world in May. Zhamira will kick things off on May 1 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and continue to Miami, Orlando, New York, Lima, Peru, Santiago, Chile, and wrap things up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
“It’s such an overwhelming mix of excitement and nerves, but I’m choosing to see the nerves as a sign of how much this moment matters,” Zhamira said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Being able to sing in front of the people who have carried my music in their hearts for years is something I don’t take lightly,” she added. Zhamira continued: “The shows are going to be intimate and intentional, with a huge priority on connection. I want the music to create a safe space where people can heal, disconnect from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and feel everything without holding back — to laugh, to cry, to scream, to feel seen. If each night can leave even one person feeling a little more whole, like their heart has been gently stitched back together, then I’ve done what I came to do.”
Tickets will go on sale Thursday, March 5 at Zhamiramusic.com. The dates for the full tour are below.
Released in November 2025, Zhamira’s debut LP Curita Para el Corazón is a Latin pop record that emphasizes the singer’s strong, emotional vocals against delicate acoustic moments. The album also features artists like Greeicy, fellow Venezuelan Noreh, Kennyy, and, of course, Zhamira’s husband Jay Wheeler. The pair married in 2022 and have collaborated on a handful of songs together.
Zhamira has been releasing solo music since 2019. Before that, the singer gained a fan base as a finalist on Univision’s singing competition series, La Banda. Now, she’s finally going to connect with those fans in a live setting.
