Shoppers are snapping up a versatile dress from White Stuff that’s on sale – and it comes in three colours, featuring different bold prints. What’s more, shoppers are saying it makes them ‘feel a million dollars’ while wearing it.

The Megan Jersey Long Sleeve Midi Dress is currently available from White Stuff for £35, down from £69, in the ‘black multi’ variant. It comes in the sizes six to 24 and regular and petite fits, and it is made from 50% organic cotton and 50% birla modal.

The brand says it’s great for long walks in the park, afternoons in galleries or cafes, or for a romantic dinner, thanks to its ‘dress-up-or-down-ability’. It features a V-neck, long sleeves and has a classic fit, and it is machine washable, too.

If shoppers are looking for alternatives, however, there is this Cream Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Midi Dress from New Look, available for £37.99. This comes in the sizes 16 to 22, has an A-line fit and an elasticated waist, and is an online exclusive.

Or for those with a higher budget, M&S has this Kitri Floral V-Neck Midi Tea Dress available for £195 in the colour yellow. This has a comfy regular fit, with a flattering v-neckline at the front and the back, and neat short sleeves, the site says.

But returning to the Megan Jersey Long Sleeve Midi Dress from White Stuff, shoppers have left an average 4.6 out of five-star rating, from more than 1,150 reviews. One shopper said: “Lovely dress, well designed. Made me feel a million dollars. Excellent colours and pattern. Washes well and adapts to casual wear or dressy wear just by adding a jacket.”

Another added: “I have bought a few Megan dresses and am complimented by others each time I wear them. The present long sleeved one I recently purchased and, as a bonus, was in the sale, is ideal for winter and spring, the low neck is flattering for my petite size and I feel so good wearing it, also with compliments from my husband who says it looks smashing and the style and fit is right for me. It’s a win-win all round.”

A third said: “Beautiful, well made, stylish dress. Would be ideal day or night attire. Felt good in (the) dress.”

Others left some feedback and deducted stars, with one writing: “Lovely, easy to wear dress, hangs nicely and suits both smart and casual occasions. Only downside for me is that the neckline is very low, but a toning vest works ok.”

Another said: “Dress is lovely, clings in all the right places – comfortable material – wished pockets were more in the front rather than on the side as they add to the hip width!”
