This Norwegian historical drama, directed by Erik Skjoldbjærg, tells the story of the Battles of Narvik in 1940, a critical yet often overlooked chapter of WWII in which Germany suffered its first major defeat. The film follows Corporal Gunnar Tofte, a Norwegian soldier, who returns home just as German forces invade Narvik.
