U.K. announces plan to ban social media for kids under 16

U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced a proposed law Monday that would ban anyone under 16 from social media apps like TikTok and Snapchat, and the social media companies themselves would be required to verify ages or face big fines. Leigh Kiniry has details from London.
