Trinny London’s low-maintanence skincare has won the hearts of shoppers and beauty editors alike. As a huge fan of the brand, I already adore its stackable mini pots that are perfect for travelling, but I most recently fell in love with Trinny’s See The Light moisturiser.

Perfect for the warmer weather, the lightweight cream is packed with next-generation filters to block out UVA and UVB for a SPF50+ protection, and it also helps you achieve refreshed and radiant look. It usually costs £46 alone, but shoppers can save £22 on the product with this Renew+Protect set, which is available to purchase at £99. This bundle gets you Trinny’s See The Light as well as the Overnight Sensation retinal serum.

The blue-purple tube works to shield skin from aggressors that age our skin through the sun while proactively delaying the ageing of skin. Formulated with next-generation UV filters and keeping the cream texture light as feather, founder Trinny Woodall said the product goes on “like a dream”.

I used it daily for three weeks during my vacation in hot and humid Southeast Asia and it was a game-changer for my combination skin. Skincare lovers will know how much effort it takes find an SPF that sinks into the skin without feeling sticky, boosts your complexion and actually works with your makeup.

The Trinny London See The Light moisturiser is easy to use and I love the high SPF protection, which gave me protection during my sweltering sightseeing trip under the scorching sun. A double pump is enough to cover my face and neck, plus it leaves no white cast.

Apart from the sun protection factor, the formula is infused with raspberry leaf extract to hydrate and moisture the skin – it gives a dewy, radiant summer glow but it has a slight floral fragrance that some shoppers might not be a fan of.

One customer said the moisturiser peeled under their makeup, but I didn’t have that issue when pairing it with my Tirtir cushion foundation.

There are other SPF moisturisers available and E45’s face moisturiser with SPF30 is currently reduced to £9.33. Paula’s Choice’s Essential Glow Moisturiser, £35, is another lightweight option that is designed to illuminate, hydrate and protect your skin.
