The Perfume Shop has up to 50% off designer fragrances

The perfume shop currently has an array of deals and discounts, whether you’re looking to update your signature scent or are maybe on the hunt for a gift for Mother’s Day (remember it falls on March 30 this year). There are plenty of big-name perfumes and aftershaves with savings of up to 50% right now, with some of the biggest discounts on Calvin Klein, Daviddoff, and Roberto Cavalli. 

However, one deal that has stood out to me is a scent I reach for almost daily. Carolina Herrera Blush Elixir is one of my most-used perfumes because it transitions day to night. I’m not a fan of deep, musky smells and prefer a fresh and light scent. The blend of rose, vanilla, and patchouli offers precisely this.

Even if you haven’t tried the Caroline Herrera perfume, you’ve likely spotted it on the shelves of department stores thanks to its iconic high heel-shaped bottle. It’s actually what drew me to the scent first. I mostly knew Carolina Herrera for her scent range and was keen to see if one of the six scents in the Good Girl range would suit me.

The Blush Elixir perfume is the newest in the collection, with a gold, black, and pink design. It looks gorgeous displayed on my dressing table. The unusual shape has a spray built into the back of the shoe, which is surprisingly easy to use. However, I’ve found it’s a scent best used at home—the shape and size of the bottle do make it challenging to travel with. 

The feminine, elegant shape makes it a fantastic choice for Mother’s Day – especially if your mum is a lady who likes a little bit of glamour. 

If the Blush Elixir scent isn’t ideal, the original Good Girl perfume is also currently on sale. Having tried it, I think it’s a more intense scent compared with the blush, which is best for evenings. Both scents in the range have long-lasting power.

Right now, the 80ml bottle of the original Good Girl perfume is reduced from £124 to £109.

YSL’s Black Opium is a popular fragrance that combines floral, woody, and vanilla notes. It’s another perfume that has made its way into my collection, and I particularly like its feminine scent. I usually choose to wear it in the evenings, as it has a more sultry scent.
