Tessan’s 140W Universal Travel Adapter has hit a new all-time low
Keeping gadgets charged is tough enough when you’re home, but it can feel impossible while you’re traveling — especially internationally. Tessan’s 140W Universal Travel Adapter can help change that, and it’s hit an all-time low of $53.99 ($16 off) at Amazon thanks to a Black Friday deal.
Travel adapters have become pretty common. Tessan’s stands out because it has four charging ports (three USB-C and one USB-A), and a maximum charging speed of 140W. That wattage will be distributed between the ports if you plug in multiple devices, but it’s enough juice to charge most laptops at their maximum speed with energy to spare, so it shouldn’t be an issue to keep your smartphone and earbuds topped up at the same time. Only two of the USB-C ports can carry 140W of power; the third USB-C port and the single USB-A port top out at 18W.
Tessan’s travel adapter also has a single outlet that accepts plugs from the US, Europe, the UK, Japan, Germany, and China. Similarly, it has a set of three retractable prongs that can plug into outlets in those regions and countries. Tessan says its travel adapter can be used in over 226 countries. It supports 100V to 250V devices, so make sure your power hungry devices like hair dryers and curlers have wide voltage ranges if you’re traveling abroad.
