Some L.A. area residents return from evacuations to destroyed homes, looting

The Los Angeles County wildfires have killed at least 10 people and destroyed more than 10,000 structures. Some Altadena residents returned from evacuations to find that their ravaged homes had been looted. CBS News reporter Charlie De Mar reports.
