Skincare is a daily essential for many who look to a beauty routine to feel refreshed, have glowing skin and to feel ready for the day ahead. It can be expensive and figuring out which products work best for different types of skin can take a lot of time and research.

One brand that offers a wide range of skincare products such as cleansers, exfoliants, serums, moisturisers and sunscreens is Paula’s Choice. The brand is well-loved and now shoppers can get over £115 worth of products for £45 with the Cult Beauty x Paula’s Choice Edit

The kit comes with six products, including the Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant which is a post-cleanse toning treatment that targets dead skin cells and helps tackle pore congestion. There is also the 10% Azelaic Acaid Booster, which is full size and reduces the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation.

Next there is a travel size Clear Cleanser which is said to be ideal for congested skin types looking to ease daily grime or excess make-up, to leave complexions feeling clean and balanced. In the set there is also a 5% Vitamin C Sheer Moisturiser SPF 50 – deluxe size, a Pro-Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster, and to tie the whole set up, there is a Paula’s Choice hanging travel washbag included.

There are of course unlimited skincare brands out there and some alternatives are The Ordinary The Clear Set for £14.10 from Boots which is suitable for all skin types and comes with a number of products such as their Glucoside Foaming Cleanser, Salicylic Acid 2% Solution and Natural Moisturising Factors + Beta Glucan. Another is the Clinique 3 Step Skin Type 2 Mini Kit for £26 from LookFantastic which is mainly suitable for combination skin types and comes with an All About Clean Liquid Facial Soap Mild, Clarifying Lotion and Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion.

The Cult Beauty x Paula’s Choice Edit has one great review on the Cult Beauty website. The customer said: “Such a great value for so many high-quality products! I’m especially excited to try the 10% Azelaic Acid Booster, I’ve heard amazing things about how it helps with dark spots. The travel bag is a nice bonus, too.”

Although there were no other reviews for this product on the website, Cult Beauty has a high 4.5 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot from over 75,000 reviews. One person said: “Super fast delivery. Good discounts.”

“My fave place for all things beauty. Delivery grand, offers grand, loyalty scheme….grand,” said another.

Some other people disagreed however and rated the brand slightly lower. One customer said: “Poor delivery service.”

Another wrote: “Products, edits and prices are fine, but customer services are unfortunately terrible.”
