Skechers is a shoe brand celebrated for its exceptional comfort, thanks to their much-imitated memory foam technology which they use across an extensive range of styles, although this often comes with a premium price tag. However, shoppers are currently rushing for a deal on Amazon, which slashes the price of the best-selling Skechers Summits trainers by a whopping 48%.

Originally priced £59, shoppers can get their hands on the trainers for as little as £30.82 depending on size and colour. The Skechers feature a soft flat mesh knitted upper for enhanced comfort, alongside a stylish bungee laced front which means they’re easily slipped on, making them perfect for everyday errands.

They Summits also incorporate a lightweight shock-absorbing midsole and have earned an impressive rating of 4.6 out of 5 from customers across almost 33,000 reviews. Numerous buyers have commended the shoes for their comfort and effortless wearability.

Slip-on trainers have become increasingly popular in recent years with shoppers wearing them out and about rather than purely while exercising. The styles are some of Skechers’ most popular, although a look at the brand’s sale section on the website shows they also have deals on everything from sandals to winter boots with the comfort inner soles.

It’s also possible to snag Skechers bargains away from Amazon, with Debenhams offering a reduction on these Skechers ULTRA FLEX 3.0 Fixed Laced Slip-Ins in an appealing mauve colourway. Originally priced at £89, shoppers can secure the trainers for £44.50, reports the Liverpool Echo.

However shoppers keen on finding the best price for Summits should definitely go to Amazon, which is currently offering them both cheaper than the main Skechers site (£60) and M&M Direct (£34.99)

Looking to some of the thousands of positive reviews from shoppers who’ve bought the shoes from Amazon, shoppers have praised the shoes for being comfortable and easy to put on. One shopper said: “Lovely stylish pair of Skechers, perfect for spring summer. Lightweight and comfy. True to size.”

A second review read: “Really nice and comfortable love the fact they look laced but they are just push ons. Very sturdy and and a nice fit.”

Meanwhile another shopper loved them so much they bought multiple pairs, explaining: “There’s are so comfortable that’s why I’m ordering a another pair.”

Yet not every shopper was equally taken with the design of the Skechers, as evidenced by a three-star review which read: “Wide fit assume this is due to a unisex design. Very thick memory foam inserts not what you expect as likely to make the shoe sloppy.”
