Tablets have become an essential ‘must-have’ in today’s digital world offering a portable, all-in-one solution for browsing the internet, scrolling through socials and keeping us entertained on the go. Combining the functionality of a laptop with the ease of a smartphone, these handy devices are lightweight, affordable and perfect for both business and pleasure. Finding a top of the range tablet that offers super fast gaming, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and a crystal clear 11 inch screen is good, but when it comes with money off that is even better.
Ahead of the Amazon Spring Deal Days shoppers can save an impressive £70 off the latest addition to the highly rated Amazon Fire family. The Amazon Fire Max 11 128GB model usually sells for £289.99, but shoppers can get one for £219.99 – on the 128GB model.

The Fire Max 11 has an 8 MP camera for clear video calls and the experts at Amazon claim that the thin aluminium design with strengthened glass makes it “3 times as durable as the iPad 10.9-inch (10th generation) as measured in tumble tests.”
An excellent choice for families, the Fire Max 11 comes with Amazon Kids for parental controls. It also also be used to connect with Alexa for easier smart home management. If the Fire Max 11 isn’t quite what you are looking for, the Lenovo Tab M11 Android Tablet is currently reduced from £199 to £134 on Amazon. The Fire Max 11 boasts an overall star rating of 4.5 out of five from over 2,400 Amazon shoppers. In the reviews, one customer labelled it an “amazing tablet.” They added: “Lovely to read on, can be used in profile or landscape reading, the landscape gives you two pages side by side. Also, it has excellent picture quality for TV shows and I found the battery life to be incredible.”
A second delighted shopper called it: “Big-time entertainment in a small package…The Fire Max 11 is a great little tablet for everyday use.” While a third added: “I love the tablet so much, it’s a great all rounder.”
Unfortunately, some buyers were less than impressed with one buying finding faults that included: “Poor outdated Android platform, clunky operation & limited range of apps.” Another three-star review said: ” Better than its predecessor, the Amazon Apps Store is a complete JOKE and needs immediate upgrading to include the full Google Apps Store content.”
Overall, the latest Fire Max 11 tablet has been postively received, with buyers enjoying its enhanced performance. Another five-star review said: “I must say, this is a brilliant tablet. I had the old 8” Fire tablet before, and in my opinion, it was only useful for watching Netflix and checking emails…The new Amazon Fire 11” is a different beast.”
