As the Supreme Court is set to start its new term, Supreme Court justice Samuel Alito sat down with CBS News’ Jan Crawford in a rare interview ahead of the release of his new book, saying that political attacks aimed at the high court — most recently by President Trump on his social media platform — “can be quite damaging.”
