Ruth Langsford’s ‘flattering’ £25 M&S jeans have 5,000 reviews

Finding bootcut jeans that are both flattering and comfortable can be a challenge, but Loose Women’s Ruth Langsford may have just showcased the perfect pair. Appearing on Tuesday’s segment, Ruth rocked an on-trend denim piece that has garnered more than 5,000 reviews online.

The 65-year-old went on her Instagram Stories to show off her outfit and revealed that her bottoms are the M&S Collection Eva Bootcut Jeans, which are priced at £25 and come in five colours – from Light Indigo to Black Mix. This isn’t the first time Ruth has sported M&S jeans as just earlier this month, she wore the Ivy Skinny Jeans from Marks & Spencer, also priced at £25. She’s clearly a big fan of the M&S denim range.

The Eva Bootcut Jeans are currently the seventh bestseller on the M&S website, proving flares are back for summer. Marks and Spencer described the pair as “effortlessly chic” and added: “Slim bootcut shape with a flattering high waist and ankle grazer length. Super stretchy fabric and soft denim ensures our best ever fit and feel.”

Some people found the denim piece gave them a perfect reason to break away from skinny jeans. One satisfied customer said: “I thought I’d need dragging out of my skinny jeans, but these have helped the transition. They are fitted around the bum and thigh so still give a flattering look. As the name suggests the flare is only around the bottom of the leg. They sit very well over trainers for a modern look.”

Another chimed in: “I wore a pair of small heel with them and a platform trainer. They are good value for money, I wore these jeans mid afternoon in a restaurant with a frilled flowery blouse and I felt really smart. The jeans are very comfortable and I would definitely recommend to buy a pair or two of them.”
