Meghan Markle dazzled in an olive gown as she stepped out at a star-studded Netflix event alongside Prince Harry in Montecito, California. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were among the high-profile guests attending Netflix’s BEEF Season 2 Montecito Tastemaker event.

Meghan, 44, dressed in a green ensemble by Heidi Merrick and wore Jimmy Choo strappy heels. Harry, 41, wore a plain navy suit with a white button-down shirt. Fans commented on how wonderful it was to see Meghan in a splash of colour, rather than wear her monotone beige wardrobe. One wrote: “Love Prince Harry and Megan so much. Love her style and that colour is gorgeous on her!”

Another added: “Oh Duchess, that colour is divine on you” Whereas, another fan wrote: “They look so gorgeous… Meghan in colour is beautiful.”

Another royal fan wrote: “She is always on point. I love the colour. Love it.”

The Sussexes joined a number of celebrities at the event, including former Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau and singer Katy Perry.

Meghan and Harry’s appearance at the event came after Ted Sarandos quietly unfollowed the Duchess and her lifestyle company As Ever on Instagram – around the same time her brand was purged by the streamer. Netflix‘s boss was one of the first big names to follow Meghan when she returned to social media at the start of 2025.

But at the party, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, appeared close with his wife, Nicole Avant, as the pair and their husbands posed for photos.

Sarandos has been co-CEO of Netflix since 2020, after being promoted from chief content officer.

Their glamorous outing came on the same day it emerged that Harry is facing a new legal challenge involving Sentebale, the charity he co-founded in 2006 to support children and young people affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Africa.

According to newly revealed court filings, Sentebale lodged a defamation claim against Harry last month in the High Court. Harry’s former Sentebale trustee Mark Dyer has also reportedly been named in the legal action.
