Roman’s £28 crochet top ‘nicely covers the tum and bum’

Deciding what to pack for a summer holiday can be a challenge, with many retailers selling a variety of gorgeous clothes perfect for such an occasion. Roman has been spoiling shoppers with its recent summer sale, which includes a 30% discount on the ‘vibrant’ Lime Cotton Crochet Tunic Top. With one customer saying the top ‘looks great with a tan’, it’s safe to say the garment is a great holiday wardrobe choice. 

Originally priced at £40, the 100% cool cotton top can now be snapped up for £28. It’s available in sizes 10 to 20 and features a flattering V-neckline and pretty three-quarter length bell sleeves. The delicate crochet pattern is finished off with an eye-catching scalloped hem.

Roman’s Lime Cotton Crochet Tunic Top boasts a fabulous overall rating of 4.8 out of five from 30 reviewers. One delighted customer said: “This is great. A very vibrant colour exactly as in the photo. It has a lovely scalloped edge. Looks great with white capri trousers or jeans – especially with a tan. I’m a size 12 but 10 is perfect.”

“Beautiful top,” someone else commented. “I downsized (14 to a 12) after reading other reviews and it fits perfectly. Such a vibrant colour, good length too. I am 5’7″ and it nicely covers tum and bum.”

Unfortunately one Roman shopper was left slightly disappointed with the sizing of the Lime Cotton Crochet Tunic Top. They explained: “I really like this top and love the vibrant colour and the crochet detail. The reason for three stars is because it is rather larger than I would have liked. As it is a size 10, I was unable to go down a size.”

However, another customer left a five-star review which reads: “Beautiful top. I have had lovely comments about it. I like the fact it is long and covers your bottom.”
