Jim Himes of Connecticut, who is the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that “Congress is being told nothing” about the Trump administration’s strikes on Venezuelan vessels that are allegedly being used to carry drugs. “Based on what I know now” and the White House’s memo on the strikes, “these are illegal killings,” Himes added.
