Quentin Tarantino’s latest project unveiled and it’s very British | Films | Entertainment
Quentin Tarantino released his ninth movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, back in 2019. Since then, the acclaimed director has not decided on what his 10th and final film will be, so in the meantime has been working on other projects. Aside from writing a couple of books, David Fincher is directing Brad Pitt’s The Adventures of Cliff Booth, which Tarantino penned as a sequel to Hollywood. And now the Oscar-winning filmmaker is bringing a play to London’s West End. Last August he announced on a podcast: “The play is written. It is absolutely the next thing I’m going to do. We’ll start the ball rolling on it in January… It’s probably going to take up a year and a half to two years of my life.” And now some more details have come to light.
According to the Daily Mail, Tarantino has written an original British farce in the “Noises Off tradition”. Expected to open in the West End next year (although late 2026 is still possible) he’s currently looking at different theatres. If that wasn’t enough, a source claims he’s negotiating with some big Hollywood stars to lead the show. Although Leo and Pitt lack a theatrical background, it’s speculated that he could pick Bradley Cooper, who starred in a West End adaptation of The Elephant Man a decade ago.
