Mum checks baby monitor but finds unexpected picture on screen

Reagan Chan, who shares content under the name The Chan Family on TikTok, recently disclosed what transpired by posting a video which subsequently went viral. Whilst parenting is full of surprises, there are still some occurrences that people simply don’t anticipate.

Reagan uploaded the clip with the caption: “POV: What the baby monitor sees every night”, and the footage has left viewers astounded. In fact, it’s since been viewed over 40,000 times as people are captivated by the unfolding events.

The video then shows the toddler throughout the night, adopting all sorts of positions. At one stage, he appears to be exercising before hanging over the bar of his bed.

He’s also observed moving around during the night, and sleeping on various items in the room. It reaches a point where he even manages to fall asleep on the floor after all the activity.

The clip is so extraordinary and amusing that viewers couldn’t resist contacting Reagan to share their thoughts. It appears babies truly do get up to all manner of things when nobody’s watching.

One individual joked: “How’d you become an Olympic gymnast? ‘Well, my mum let me stay up all night practicing in my room as a kid’.”

Another enquired: “So, do you just let him be all night or do you pop in there once in a while and get him to sleep?” To this, Reagan responded: “He usually goes to bed by himself pretty fast.”

A third remarked: “They say when a baby goes through sleep regression it’s because they are gaining a new skill. Clearly this one craves gymnastics.”

Meanwhile, a fourth also observed: “You know, as long as he’s quiet and not hurting himself, I don’t see the issue.” One more also noted: “Can’t wait to see him in the Olympics.”

It’s safe to say numerous people, including Reagan, were stunned after viewing the footage. Several were left gobsmacked by what they witnessed.

Viewers believe he has a future in gymnastics, and were also left utterly astounded. One even questioned what his parents were feeding him as he appeared to have boundless energy.

Someone quipped: “I’ve heard of sleep walking before but never sleep gymnastics.” Another also pointed out: “Honestly, I love that he has a way to tire himself out by himself at night, and then can go right back to sleep when he’s ready.”
