With spring around the corner, now is a great time for a wardrobe refresh – and Marks and Spencer (M&S) is a great place to start. While there are many clothes to choose from, one option stands out, and there’s a deal that saves some cash.

The Pure Cotton Waisted Mini T-Shirt Dress is currently available for £16 on the site, and it comes in the colours black and chilli red and sizes six to 18. With TopCashback, shoppers can get the dress for even cheaper – and here’s how it works.

For new members of TopCashback and new customers of M&S, the dress can be snapped up for 60p after cashback. Or, for new members of TopCashback and existing customers of M&S, it is 87p after cashback. The price calculated includes free click and collect, and standard delivery is from £3.99.

Described as ‘effortlessly stylish and comfortable’, this T-shirt mini dress is made to a regular fit with darts at the waist for a flattering silhouette. The look is complete with a classic crew neck and dropped shoulders for a laid-back feel.

As an alternative, however, Next has a set of Lightweight T-Shirt Dresses available, costing £32.50. This set comes in sizes extra-small to extra-large and includes five dresses made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton.

Or at New Look, there’s this Green Stripe Tie Waist Midi Dress for £26.99, which is also available in the colours blue stripe and brown stripe. This comes in sizes six to 20 and has a side waist tie for a ‘defined waist’.

Back to the Pure Cotton Waisted Mini T-Shirt Dress from M&S, shoppers have left an overall average rating of 4.9 out of five. One shopper said: “I absolutely love this little dress. I wanted to buy a t-shirt for casual wear that is light and comfortable, but not baggy. This dress is very well designed and gives a nice look and feminine shape while being very comfortable.”

Another wrote: “Bought for holiday, not worn yet, lovely cinched in waist.” At the same time, a third person said: “Great dress, comfortable and easy to wear. Wish they did other summer colours.”

Others were more critical, with one saying: “Very flattering style and good value for the price. The material is very thin, though. I kept it as my husband loved it. I got the red.”

Another said: “I really liked the simplicity and the fit of this dress. It was a little bit thinner than I first expected, as it’s just like a normal T-shirt material, but the fitted waist detail gives it a really nice structure and elevates it. I really wish this came in a variety of different colours, as I would probably buy them all. Perfect for casual dressing in summer.”
