Maduro awaits arraignment as Trump proclaims U.S. is “in charge” of Venezuela

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, are set to be arraigned in New York City after the U.S. carried out a massive operation for their capture in Caracas, Venezuela.
