Liz Earle have expanded the brand’s bestselling Superskin Advanced range with the addition of two new anti-ageing items. First up, there’s the Lift & Define Serum – a formulation designed to leave collagen-depleted skin looking renewed, youthful and supple.

Beauty fans have already began singing the praises for the newly launched serum and it has racked up a score of 4.9 out of five by 50 shoppers over at Liz Earle. While a full-sized bottle retails for £52, LookFantastic have slashed 20% off, so shoppers can snap it up for £41.60.

A mature shopper left a glowing review, writing: “I wasn’t sure it could live up to the promises for my 68-year-old skin but it is fantastic. You can actually feel the lotion gently tightening the skin as it quickly absorbs. It has certainly reduced my wrinkles and my friends have commented on how very few I have for my age.”

The Liz Earle serum uses acacia tree extract, a plant-based alternative to collagen, plus firming, antioxidant-rich pomegranate extract and the nourishing benefits of rosehip oil. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, and it can be applied day or night.

A consumer trial of 159 women conducted by Liz Earle showcased positive results. They said that facial contours appeared lifted in 4 weeks, skin looks more youthful in 1 week and skin feels instantly smoother.

Another popular anti-ageing skincare line is from No7 – the Future Renew range includes a £37.95 serum that utilises peptide technology to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The Medik8 Wrinkle Reduction Serum is more expensive at £79, however, it has thousands of five-star reviews with people saying it ‘minimises wrinkles in minutes’.

When it comes to reviews for the Liz Earle Lift & Define Serum, one person said: “I recently trialed this product, it reduced my neck lines, reduced lines around my eyes, will definitely be purchasing this.”

A second shopper wrote: “I always thought serums were a waste of money but I love this one. I really feel it has concealed small wrinkles and lines.”

And a third shared: “I’ve been using this for about a month now and love it! The scent as always is incredible, so calming and relaxing and my skin has been so much brighter and even. A new staple in my routine!”

Someone else did offer criticism, writing: “My only critique is that the suggested two pumps only barely cover the face and neck which is the suggested amount.”

But this wasn’t an issue for another shopper that explained: “My skin has lacked firmness during menopause and some targeted products are too harsh for me. This serum with plant based ingredients not only worked incredibly well but, is kind to my skin.”

Liz Earle fans can also get their hands on the new Firming Serum-in-Moisturiser SPF 20, which intensely plumps skin with moisture to help regain the look of youthful volume, whilst offering broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. It’s 20% off at LookFantastic, down to £40.80 from £51.
