Legal expert on use of force standards and killing of Alex Pretti

Alex Pretti, the 37-year-old U.S. citizen killed by immigration officials in Minneapolis, was licensed to carry a gun. Still, there’s no video of him ever holding his firearm during the interaction with federal agents. The White House, though, claims the gun itself was a factor.
