Katy Perry’s Lifetimes Tour Paris Shows Get Theatrical Release
The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris will screen on IMAX in September
“Teenage Dream” in IMAX, anyone? Katy Perry‘s The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris will screen in cinemas beginning Sept. 2.
Directed by Paul Dugdale, the film is comprised of Perry’s Lifetimes Tour at the Accor Arena in Paris, where she hit the stage on Nov. 4 and 5, 2025. The 25-song set was captured with 60 cameras, as the pop star flew around on a butterfly and sang classics like “California Gurls” and “Firework.”
The Lifetimes Tour, which spanned 91 dates, 23 countries, and five continents, marked Perry’s first official run in seven years. “We’re giving BPM. We’re giving celebration. We’re giving unity. We’re giving dance,” she told Rolling Stone upon its announcement. “It will be like Disneyland on Wheels, as it always is. A feast for the eyes and the ears.”
The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this summer. Tickets for the theatrical release will go on sale on July 30.
“I always remember the audience is a hybrid of different types of people: It’s number one fans, and then it’s voyeurs,” Perry told us about the tour, promising fan favorites, deep cuts, and new songs. “I have a responsibility to the audience to give them that singalong, to create that moment, and to bring out some nostalgia … I also have a responsibility to myself to stay true to my art. And so, I’ll be introducing some new songs. And there will be a section that we have created for some songs that are the deepest cuts that have never seen the light of day.”
