Visiting the Royal Marsden hospital earlier this week to show support for patients at the same hospital she had her own cancer treatment, Kate Middleton styled a burgundy turtleneck with a pair of mixed metal hoop earrings. 

Fans of Kate’s fashion choices can get the exact same pair she sported online on British jewellery brand Missoma’s website. The earrings in question are part of their collaboration with Lucy Williams and the Entwine Small Hoop Earrings will set you back less than £100. You can also get them at Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

Priced at £89, the earrings are a classic piece, reimagined with a unique crossover design with mixed metal gold and silver hoops. And it seems that Kate Middleton isn’t the only person who is a big fan of the Missoma earrings. On their website, the earrings have racked up 103 reviews, with 81 of them being five star. 

One person said: “Lovely size – not too small, good weight and they look different to any other hoops I have. I have worn them almost everyday since I got them.”

A second customer shared: “Double sided gold/silver hoop earrings. Perfect size switch round to have rither gold or silver on the outer view, goes with everything. Great everyday earrings.” 

A third expressed their feelings, writing: “These are classic and versatile, I was looking for mixed metal earrings as my rings and necklaces are a mixture of silver and gold and these are perfect! I can’t wear butterfly back earrings as they just don’t agree with my ears so these are the perfect fastening. I’ve had loads of compliments and they’re comfy enough to sleep in and wear everyday. 100% recommend!”

The earrings are not to everyone’s satisfaction and someone else found them uncomfortable to wear. They wrote: “Very heavy earrings, which surprised me. Found them fiddly to fasten so disappointed and have not worn.”
