Amid the near-total destruction in Gaza, Hamas says it can’t locate any more of the bodies of the hostages it kidnapped in Israel, saying it needs specialized digging equipment and heavy machinery that it claims Israel isn’t allowing in. In response to the delay, Israel is only allowing in a small portion of the 600 trucks of aid per day promised in the ceasefire agreement. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
