Great grandson of Wong Kim Ark says birthright citizenship ruling is “a victory for America”

The Supreme Court upheld the Constitution’s guarantee of birthright citizenship on Tuesday. The court voted 6-3 to strike down President Trump’s executive order drastically scaling back that right.
