Frankie & Benny’s and Bella Italia make major announcement

Summer holidays are right around the corner, and families will be gearing up for months of endless fun with their children. The summer break can also bring higher expenses for families across the country, with days out, activities, and meals adding up.

To help families make the most of the summer holidays and enjoy plenty of good food, a number of UK restaurants and chains have launched offers where children can eat for free or at incredibly low prices. Whether you’re after a quick bite or treating the family, these offers can make them worthwhile. Find the restaurants below that offer families a delicious meal at a discounted price this summer.

Frankie & Benny’s

Frankie & Benny’s will welcome families with its much-loved New York Italian menu, featuring burgers, hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, hearty pasta dishes and diner favourites. Children receive a complete kids’ meal, including a main, two sides, dessert and drink for free with every adult meal purchased.

The restaurant is also going one step further and offering free ice cream for all guests when purchasing a main meal, for a second visit, 25% of all food and a third visit during the holidays, 50% off all food until the end of October.

Bella Italia

At Bella Italia, families can enjoy authentic Italian classics including freshly prepared pasta, pizzas and Italian favourites. Children receive a starter, main, dessert and drink free with an adult main purchased.

This offer runs from Sunday to Thursday at participating restaurants. Bella Italia will also offer free gelato to all guests when purchasing a main meal, 25% off all food for a second visit and 50% off all food for a third visit until the end of October.

Banana Tree

Banana Tree brings vibrant Southeast Asian flavours to family dining, with favourites including Katsu Curries, wok-fried noodles and barbecue wings. Children can enjoy a free main, drink and dessert when you purchase an adult main.

Diners will receive one free kids’ meal with every adult main meal ordered. This offer is available every Sunday, every week of the year, at participating restaurants.

Las Iguanas

At Las Iguanas, families can enjoy Latin American-inspired dishes in a colourful, relaxed atmosphere, while children receive a free meal including a main, two sides and dessert from the popular Niños menu. Kids can eat free seven days a week, all year round, with the Las Iguanas App.

Customers will receive a free kids’ main, two sides and a dessert with every adult main purchased. Just claim the perk in the Las Iguanas app, show it when you visit, and you’re good to go.

Chiquito

Chiquito will also participate in the nationwide promotion, giving families another affordable option for dining together during the holidays. The Kids Eat Free offer runs throughout the summer holidays across participating restaurants nationwide.

One free children’s meal is available with every adult main purchased; terms and conditions apply.

Harvester

Kids eat for just £1 at Harvester all summer long, being available every day until Friday, September 4. When you order an adult main, little ones can enjoy any main from the Kids’ Menu or Breakfast Menu for just £1, according to terms and conditions.

Plus, every kids’ meal comes with their famous unlimited salad, along with plenty of tasty, wholesome dishes to keep even the fussiest eaters smiling. Customers can add a delicious dessert from the kids’ menu for just £2 extra.

Heritage Pubs

Families looking to make the most of the summer holidays can enjoy a great-value meal out thanks to a new Kids Eat For Free offer at Stonegate Group’s Heritage Pubs. From Monday to Thursday, between 3pm and 9pm, up to two children can enjoy a free three-course Monster Meal Deal with every full-priced adult main course purchased, making midweek family dining that little bit easier.

To help keep little ones happy while they wait, children will also receive complimentary veg sticks and hummus before their meal. The offer is available throughout the summer holidays across participating Heritage Pubs, giving families another reason to enjoy quality time together over a relaxed pub meal.

The offer is valid from Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 9pm. Diners will receive up to two Kids Meal Deals free of charge with the purchase of one full-priced adult main meal.

The offer applies to adult main meals only and excludes the lunch menu. Kids’ meals must be selected from the designated Kids Meal Deal menu.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants

Little ones can enjoy free meals from the Ramsay Kids menu at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants this summer.

For every adult ordering two courses from the à la carte menu, one child enjoys a main from the Ramsay Kids menu. The restaurant group recommends calling ahead to confirm that Kids Eat Free is available at your chosen restaurant and at the time of your visit.

The offer is only available for children aged 10 and under. One complimentary main course per child for every adult ordering two courses from the à la carte menu (one course must be a main course and is not available in conjunction with any other offers).

Kids Eat Free, All Day Every Day is available at the following restaurants: Heddon Street Kitchen, Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool, Pizza East, Bread Street Kitchen Stratford, Bread Street Kitchen Limehouse, Bread Street Kitchen Southwark, Bread Street Kitchen St Paul’s.

Kids Eat Free Every Weekday is available at the following restaurants: Bread Street Kitchen City, Bread Street Kitchen Battersea, Bar & Grill Mayfair, and Bread Street Kitchen Edinburgh.

ASK Italian

ASK Italian customers will be able to get two kids’ meals for free when ordering from the Kids’ Menu, where at least one adult main is ordered. Where the Kids Eat Free offer is available, each code of ASK Italian’s Kids Eat Free offer will discount up to two Kids Meals.

The offer is only available via the ASK Perks rewards app. ASK Italian’s offer is valid all day, every day from July 17 until September 6 in England and Wales, and from June 29 to September 6 in Scotland.

Zizzi

Children can get a three-course Bambini meal with the purchase of one adult main at Zizzi. This includes pasta crisps or dippy bits, a pizza or pasta, and either gelato, an ice lolly, or a fruit pot.

In England and Wales, this offer is available only to Zillionaires’ Club members. You must present your valid code to a waiter at the time of payment.

The offer is available every day from July 17 to September 6 in England and Wales. In Scotland, the offer runs from June 26 to August 14.

In Northern Ireland, the offer runs from July 1 to August 31, and in the Republic of Ireland, it runs from July 1 to August 31. The Kids Eat Free offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

Bill’s

Customers will be able to get two kids’ meals free when one adult orders any main, including breakfast, lunch or dinner at Bill’s. This must be ordered from the Kids’ Menu.

Any £1 Kids’ Menu extras and £2 larger meal supplements are excluded from this offer and will be charged separately. Drinks are not included in the offer.

The offer is available from Thursday, June 25, to Tuesday, September 1, excluding weekends.

Dobbies Garden Centres

As part of the Government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, children can enjoy breakfast for just 88p when any adult Traditional or Full Breakfast is purchased at Dobbies Garden Centre restaurants. Alternatively, enjoy a child’s hot meal or Pick ‘n’ Mix Lunch Box for just 88p with any adult main course.

This offer is available at its restaurants from June 25 to September 1 and includes a free child’s drink. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

An 88p supplement applies to the Kids’ Sunday Roast. Dine-in only. This offer is not available in Beaconsfield or Hungerford. Subject to availability in York, Andover, Lelant, Marple and Sandyholm.

Morrisons Cafe

Kids under 16 eat free with the purchase of one adult main meal costing £5 or more, from the Breakfasts or Classics menu. Plus, the Morrisons and Kellogg’s Breakfast Club is back, giving both kids and adults a free breakfast (cereal and a piece of fruit) with no purchase required.

Kids Eat Free deal is available all year round. Kellogg’s Breakfast Club runs during all 2026 school holidays: June 29 to September 6, October 12 to November 1, and December 21 to January 3, 2027.

Brewers Fayre

The chain is taking part in the Government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme by reducing the VAT on kids’ food and drink from 20% to 5%. This reduction applies to food and drink listed on the kids’ menu.

Excludes snacks and adult menu items. Valid until September 1 and is subject to availability.

Prezzo

Customers can enjoy one free kids’ meal with the purchase of one adult main course. You can redeem the offer using a code available on Prezzo’s website or app.

Toby Carvery

Children can eat for £1 at Toby Carvery this summer, when purchased with an adult main meal or all-you-can-eat breakfast. Available every day of the week from June 29 until September 4, including Sundays.
