All he wants is a place to call home and an owner who’ll love him unconditionally – but sadly, he has received the exact opposite so far.

Brave, a crossbreed, has spent his short life being passed around from owner to owner until he landed in a rescue shelter because ‘nobody could be bothered with him’.

The 18-month-old dog doesn’t have any medical or temperament issues – he’s just been extremely unlucky.

However, the rescue team at Miracle’s Mission want to turn his luck around and are now searching for an owner in the UK to give him the chance he deserves.

A statement from Miracles Missions reads: “Brave was given away by his first owner when they grew tired of him, they gave him to the doorman of their building.

“He didn’t want him either so he was given away to the shelter, through no fault of his own.

“Pets are just seen as disposable commodities to some people in this world. Both in the UK and abroad.

“Sadly because he is in Egypt his prospects of rehoming there are really low, he is just another homeless small white dog among thousands and thousands of others with a similar story.”

Despite everything he has been through, Brave has been described as a “happy, playful boy” who gets along with both people and other dogs.

The statement adds: “All Brave wants is his forever home. He would make a lovely [addition] to most homes. Please give him a chance.

“A home happy to adopt a dog that will need time to adjust and find his feet. A home willing to put the work into basic training and life skills with a young dog.”

Commenting on his rehoming appeal, one Facebook user said: “So sad. Someone please help him.”

Another user added: “What a beautiful dog. Praying this baby gets a loving home.” A third user said: “He’s beautiful.”

Miracle’s Mission, a registered UK charity, primarily operates in the UK, Borneo and Egypt, with the aim of safeguarding animals at risk.

According to the organisation: “Our mission is to provide a place of safety for animals in danger, to educate on the needs of neutering both pets and strays and to neuter stray dogs and cats to prevent the birth of more animals onto the streets.”

The charity also focuses on rehabilitating and rehoming dogs in need, including those with disabilities at their UK rescue base. If you are interested in adopting Brave, contact Miracle’s Mission at info@miraclesmission.org.
