Boots reduces popular designer perfumes to better than half-price
Fragrance fans are in for a treat as Boots has slashed prices on a range of popular designer perfumes – with some now reduced to better than half-price in its spring sale. The limited-time offers mean shoppers can snap up luxury scents for a fraction of the usual cost.
Even better, there’s an extra saving available online, with the code ‘FRAG5’ giving a further 5% off selected fragrances. Among the standout deals is the Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Rose Extraordinaire Eau de Parfum (50ml), which is now £51, down from £106.
This elegant scent is a fresh ‘reinterpretation of the rose’, one of Lancôme’s signature notes, offering a modern, floral fragrance with a soft yet sophisticated finish. Also included is the Versace Woman Eau de Parfum (50ml), reduced to £24 from £70.
Created by Versace, this classic fragrance blends floral and fruity notes for a timeless scent that works for both everyday wear and special occasions. For those after something lighter, the Calvin Klein CK IN2U Eau de Toilette for Women (150ml) is now £26.50, down from £66.
From Calvin Klein, it’s a fresh, easy-to-wear fragrance that’s ideal for daily use. If this isn’t the one for everyone, Argos also has the Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Eau De Parfum 30ml for £58.50, down from £65.
This one is described to be a floral fragrance with notes of black coffee, vanilla and white floral. LookFantastic then has the Armani Si Eau De Parfum – 30ml for £55.20, down from £69, saving shoppers £13.80.
The perfumes on Boots have been rated highly, however, as the Lancôme fragrance has been rated a high 4.8 out of five stars on the website. One person said: “I love all Lancôme perfume, it always smells amazing.”
Another said: “I don’t usually like rose-forward perfumes, but this perfume is absolutely beautiful. It is sweet and the scent bubble trail it leaves is amazing.”
A third person added: “Love this scent! Wish I would have discovered it earlier. Lasts a long time on my skin. Bottle is so beautiful!”
Some disagreed slightly as one said: “Love the scent. I gave it a 4/5 because it is a little too strong for me.” Another commented: “I have been a fan of La Vie Est Belle for years. The rose fragrance does not stay with me nearly as long as the original.”
