Boden’s ‘fun and flamboyant’ £115 trousers now £40 in sale

Bold patterned trousers are the perfect garment for creating an effortless statement outfit. Boden has slashed the price of its Palazzo Fluid Crepe Trousers that are sure to be the stand-out garment at any occasion this summer. As part of the fashion retailer’s current sale extravaganza, the trousers have received a fabulous £74 discount, bringing the cost of the vibrant pants down from £115 to £40.25.

The trousers are available in sizes six to 22 and feature a stunning all-over paisley print featuring a variety of stunning shades, including pink, red and brown. They are made from a lightweight linen blend fabric that is fully lined and would pair beautifully with a T-shirt, blouse or camisole top with a pair of sandals or heels. 

The Palazzo Fluid Crepe Trousers sit high on the waist and fall to a wide leg shape. They have a concealed zip and side pockets that are tacked closed on arrival to help the pants hold their shape, however the tacking is designed to be removed.

White Stuff also sells bold patterned trousers, including the Lucy Linen Blend Wide Trouser. These colourful trousers are available in sizes six to 24 and are currently on sale for £47, down from £75.

Next is selling the Never Fully Dressed Blue Sun Viscose Cotton Blend Trousers for £49. They have a stunning sun-inspired print and also come in sizes ranging from six to 24. 

Boden also used to sell a shirt that matches the Palazzo Fluid Crepe Trousers, but unfortunately this is no longer available. Over a dozen shoppers have reviewed the trousers to date, with one delighted buyer writing: “Comfortable fit, silky feel on the skin and colorful, just how I like it.”

A few customers rated the trousers five stars, but highlighted the fact that they are not available in a petite size. One person explained: “Beautiful trousers. Fabulous fit, look great on. Having a smaller waist and a bigger bottom usually leaves me with a gaping waistband in trousers, but not with these.

“They are well cut, flamboyant and fun trousers. The size 10 was perfect. Too long again, but at 5’2″ I expect to take up the length. These would have been the perfect length in a petite, but overall a super sale buy.”

Another buyer added: “Beautiful pants. Even though I’m petite and that option is not available, the regular fits well. I just need either heels or a slight adjustment at the tailors.”

Unfortunately one shopper wasn’t impressed with the Palazzo Fluid Crepe Trousers. They said: “Pretty, but a bit like pyjamas for my taste. Too long on leg. Returned.”

However, someone else was thrilled, writing: “Perfect fit and great quality. Really delighted with them.”
