BAFTA 2026 longlist in full from One Battle After Another to Frankenstein | Films | Entertainment
A total of 221 films were submitted for consideration for the 2026 BAFTA Film Awards, with those making the longlist progressing to the nomination stage of voting. The second round of voting will decide the nominations, which are set to be announced later this month on Tuesday 27 January.
The glamorous event is scheduled for Sunday 22 February. One Battle After Another is currently nominated in 16 categories including Best Film, Director, Leading Actress and Leading Actor.
Meanwhile, the recently released Hamnet, featuring Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley, is nominated in 14 categories, as is Sinners.
Marty Supreme has been nominated in 13 categories, while Frankenstein features in 12 and Wicked: For Good is only nominated in eight.
