Family and friends of Haitian-born Ohio college student Pierre Damas Bel, 20, say that his death by suicide came just after he lost Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and was fitted with an ankle monitor by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. CBS News’ Camilo Montoya-Galvez reports.
