Rescue efforts underway in Nepal after devastating flash floods, mudslide

Surveillance video out of Nepal shows people running just seconds before a devastating mudslide on the country’s northern border with China. Flash floods tore through the region killing at least 160 people and rescue efforts are underway. BBC News spoke with David Fisher, the head of the International Red Cross delegation in Nepal.
