‘Neighbours stop me using my garden every Friday – what they do is insane’

Despite previously being labelled ‘Britain’s most hated woman’, Carla Bellucci insists her neighbours are the real troublemakers, alleging they are “ruining” her summer weekends. Carla, from Hertfordshire, claims those living next door carry out the same routine every Friday evening, preventing her from enjoying her outdoor space.

She told the Mirror: “They burn wood every weekend starting from a Friday night always. So our summer evenings having vino in the garden is a no go. It stinks and I have no idea why they do it. I think they are farmers, our houses back on to a field, and I honestly think they think they own the farmer’s field.”

The mother-of-four, who has previously prompted neighbour complaints by sunbathing in the nude, joked: “Maybe they burn wood for their fire but it’s summer so I have no idea but it is probably to p*** me off and ruin my summer vino nights chilling to music.”

Carla, who once pretended to have depression to obtain an NHS nose job, revealed she and other family members have asthma. The “horrific” smoke, she maintains, affects her breathing when she tries to relax in the garden.

She added: “I have never experienced something like this, they have even built a wood burning shed thing, it’s insane.”

Carla stated she recently sent her daughter across to request they cease, particularly as she was outside while her youngest child played in the paddling pool.

Yet according to Carla, no resolution was reached, and she accepts it is something she simply must tolerate.

As for whether her neighbours harbour any personal ill-feeling towards her, the mum said: “They gossip to people about me and they hate the headlines so I’m not their dream neighbour. But to be fair, I’m kind of calm, I don’t involve them in my life. Yes, I throw parties a few times a year, but doesn’t everyone?”

The former glamour model, who lives with her husband Giovanni Pincay, also claimed that locals in the area are “obsessed” with her. During filming for Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, she believes her neighbours “purposely” began trimming their hedges simply to steal a glance.

Following her latest outburst, Carla concluded: “I think people are just rude and I don’t know why everyone can’t get along. I know it’s a free world but come on, to burn wood…

“There is more to life than fixing a bloody house 24/7. I do not understand the British mentality with houses, it’s their life, but memories last for a lifetime, a house is only bricks and water.”
