Sky Rompiendo, Kris R, Maluma Share ‘QHP Pinata’ Video: Watch
The trio’s Colombian pride is all over the booming reggaeton track and its accompanying video
Sky Rompiendo and Kris R are putting their Colombian pride on display with new booming single “QHP Piñata.” In order to bring all of the party vibes, they tapped Colombian star Maluma to hop on the track.
Released on Sky Rompiendo’s independent imprint, Black Koi Entertainment, the song finds Maluma offering his sultry vocals as Kris R’s raps over the smooth reggaeton beat. The song’s title comes from the Colombian expression “qué hijueputa piñata,” which essentially means “the motherfucking piñata.” Basically, the three Colombian musicians are after a good time — and that’s just what they accomplish with the track.
Along with the song, the trio has released a music video directed by Ilmato. In the visual, Maluma, Sky Rompiendo, and Kris R are at the center of a party “set somewhere deep in Colombia,” according to a press release. There’s motorcycle ride, spontaneous tattoo sessions, and, of course, a money-filled piñata that everyone in the video goes crazy for.
The single comes as all three musicians are releasing new music in 2026. “QHP Piñata” is the latest bit of production work from Sky Rompiendo, who recently produced Álvaro Diaz’s “Baby Records” and Omar Courtz’s “Koko.” Kris R has also had a notable run this year. The rising Latin music star released sophomore album El Trap De Kolombia in March, debuting the LP at No. 3 on Spotify’s Top Albums Debut Global chart. Meanwhile, Maluma has returned to music in a big way. The superstar is set to release his first album in three years, Loco X Volver on May 15.
