Turnstile, Death Cab for Cutie, and Bikini Kill will takeover Seattle this Labor Day weekend for Bumbershoot 2026.

The two-day festival will take place Sept. 5 and 6 at the Seattle Center, with Turnstile headlining night one and Seattle’s own Death Cab for Cutie taking night two. Day one of the fest will also feature performances from Japanese Breakfast, Blood Orange, Bikini Kill, Chase & Status, and more.

On day two, Seattle’s Death Cab for Cutie will be joined by artists like Yves Tumor, Orville Peck, Sudan Archives, Noname, De La Soul, and Tokimonsta. A complete lineup is available on the poster below, while tickets for Bumbershoot 2026 are on sale now via the festival’s website

Turnstile will arrive at Bumbershoot as they continue to support their celebrated album, Never Enough, which was released last year. The group’s 2026 touring itinerary primarily boasts festival appearances, including upcoming sets at Coachella, as well as appearances at Kilby Block Party, Bonnaroo, Osheaga, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and Shaky Knees Festival.

Death Cab for Cutie, meanwhile, are set to release their new album, I Built You a Tower, on June 5. The LP marks the group’s 11th studio album and first in four years, following 2022’s Asphalt Meadows. The group will kick off a North American tour in support of the album this summer, with the run launching July 10 in Minneapolis and wrapping Aug. 9 at Outside Lands. A European tour will follow in September.

Along with Death Cab, Bumbershoot’s other big hometown hero set will be from Bikini Kill (who are technically from Olympia, Washington, but close enough). The riot grrrl legends — who reunited in 2019 and last toured in 2024 — have a handful of shows scheduled so far this year, including a set at Oakland’s Mosswood Meltdown festival in July, and a proper run that kicks off in September, right after Bumbershoot.
