Now, Mohela, one of the nation’s largest debt servicers, is getting a failing grade from borrowers and has faced years of complaints, including one lawsuit impacting eight million people alleging “it grossly mishandles its loan servicing responsibilities.” NBC’s Vicky Nguyen reports for TODAY.
