Job seekers desperate to stand out in the hiring process are looking to “reverse recruiters,” or companies and individuals who can do the work of applying and tailoring resumes for them. These can range in price from a few hundred dollars to over one thousand dollars a month, with some companies even taking a cut of your paycheck if they manage to help you secure a job. NBC News’ Allie Canal reports on the lengths applicants will go to in the sluggish job market.
