Aldi is preparing to dramatically reduce prices on a range of vegetables this week, as its beloved ‘Christmas Super Six‘ offer makes its eagerly anticipated return. Shoppers will be able to snap up portions of carrots, parsnips, white potatoes and other festive essentials for just 8p each.

The discount giant’s money-saving scheme kicks off on Thursday, December 18, and continues through to Wednesday, December 24. However, Aldi has cautioned that the offer is subject to availability – meaning customers will need to move quickly to secure these deals.

The Christmas Super Six promotion includes:

  • White Potatoes – 2kg for 8p
  • Carrots – 1kg for 8p
  • Parsnips – 500g for 8p
  • Red and White Cabbages – 8p each
  • Brussels Sprouts – 500g for 8p
  • Swede – 8p each

Information from Aldi’s website adds: “Aldi, which has been named Christmas Retailer of the Year for the sixth year in a row, is making it easy for families to enjoy a delicious and affordable Christmas dinner with these fantastic price cuts.”

The supermarket also states: “What’s more, Aldi partners with British growers and uses fixed-cost pricing to ensure they receive a fair price, no matter the season. This commitment allows Aldi to offer shoppers the best savings without compromising on quality or fairness.”

Alongside this latest offer, Aldi has rolled out numerous festive items in shops as part of its latest Christmas collection. Fresh additions for 2025 include its Specially Selected The Ultimate Slow Cooked Wagyu Shin at £29.99 per kilo and Specially Selected Chicken Waffles with Waffle Sprinkles & Maple BBQ Sauce at £3.69 per eight-pack, among other items.

Back in October, Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said: “We’re delighted to be named Christmas Retailer of the Year again and to share some of the highlights from what promises to be another amazing festive range.

“Shoppers can expect our usual great value and high-quality products this Christmas, with new launches to elevate festive gatherings. And this is just a taste of what’s to come, so shoppers should keep an eye out for more!” For more information, head to Aldi’s website.

Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons are also amongst the many supermarkets stocking both beloved classics and new seasonal delights for Christmas this year. ASDA’s Christmas selection boasts over 500 products as well.
