‘Magic in a bottle’ Estee Lauder serum drops to under £10 in deal

Skincare lovers and beauty fanatics can head to Debenhams to snag a great deal on highly sought-after products that have been described as ‘magic in a bottle’. Now, the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Starter Skincare Gift Set is down to £29.60 from £37, saving shoppers 20% off.

In the set comes a fan favourite: the Advanced Night Repair Synchronised Multi-Recovery Complex, deluxe travel size (15ml), which is said to help skin look smoother and less lined, more radiant and even-toned. It also has an Advanced Night Cleansing Gelee with 15 Amino Acids (30ml) that is ideal for washing away makeup and impurities from the skin, without ‘stripping or disturbring the moisture barrier’.

Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel Creme Synchronised Recovery (5ml) is also included. There’s the Revitalising Supreme + Night Power Bounce Creme (7ml) as well, which over time can have skin feeling firmer and more lifted, according to the site. 

The Ordinary is another well-respected brand when it comes to skincare and it has a range of sets on offer. For example, the Mini Icons Set, priced at £17.40, is designed to ‘exfoliate, smooth and hydrate’.

This set includes a Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner, Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and a Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, all of which are suitable for all skin types and come with reusable cotton pads. Boots also has its No7 The Ultimate Skincare Collection Gift Set for a more expensive price of £85, which comes with a range of products, such as a Full Size No7 Peace and Perfect Cleansing Water (200ml), a Mini No7 Toning Water (75ml) and Full Size No7 Biodegradable Cleansing Wipes, among others. 

Although there are no direct reviews for the gift set from Debenhams, shoppers have shared their opinons on the individual products. For example, one Boots shopper said of the Night Repair serum: “I have been using this product for close to a month now and I’m convinced there is magic in this bottle! Immediately after applying my skin feels so soft and smooth. I really look forward to applying it each night. Thank you, Estee Lauder, I have become a loyal customer after trying your products!”

Another wrote: “Love this product. I have noticed an improvement in my skin since using this.” A third person said: “I’ve been using this serum for at least 45 years. I always get compliments about my skin. I agree with everything that’s promised on the bottle/pack! It really works.”

Although most reviews were positive, some commented on the pricing, as one said: “I love the feel of this and how soft it leaves my skin. It’s expensive but you only need to use small amount.” Another commented on the scent, saying: “Nice texture but a little bit of a strong smell for me.”
