Gloria Estefan, Tigres Del Norte to Play 2025 Latin Grammys

The Latin Grammys have announced their first cohort of performers. On Tuesday morning, the Latin Recording Academy revealed that Pepe Aguilar, Gloria Estefan, Los Tigres Del Norte, Carín León, and 2025 Person of the Year Raphael, among others, will play during the Nov. 13 ceremony in Las Vegas.

Along with Aguilar, Tigres, and León, Ivan Cornejo, Kakalo, and DannyLux will represent música mexicana as performers at the ceremony. Rounding out the lineup are Spanish star Aitana, Brazilian musician Liniker, and Colombian group Morat.

Aside from Person of the Year Raphael, each performer is up for at least one Latin Grammy this year. Estefan, León, and Liniker are all up for Album of the Year for Raíces, Palabra de To’s (Seca), and Caju, respectively.

Estefan is also up for Best Traditional Tropical Album for Raíces, León earned a nod for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album, and a pair of nods for Best Regional Mexican Song, and Liniker also has a Record of the Year nod for “Ao Teu Lado,” Song of the Year nomination for “Veludo Marrom,” plus other categories for music in Portuguese.

Meanwhile, Aguilar’s Mi Suerte Es Ser Mexicano is up for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album, Los Tigres’ La Loteria is up for Best Norteño Album, and both DannyLux and Iván Cornejo are nominated in the Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album Award.

For their part, Morat’s Ya Es Mañana is up for Best Pop/Rock Album and Aitana’s Cuarto Azul is nominated for both Best Contemporary Pop Album and Best Recording Packaging.

This year’s Latin Grammys are set to air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 13 across TelevisaUnision’s stations at 8 p.m. ET. Bad Bunny leads this year’s list of nominations with a total of 12 nods, thanks to Debí Tirar Más Fotos.
